Stomping To Glory

Progress report on the big fella, painting has come along quite a way since last time. There's still a long ways to go, but I feeling pleased with the amount I've got done, especially as the body work was going to take the longest (at least I thought it would)

Probably the detail that took the longest to do, or what felt like the longest, was the silver scratches and high lights that cover the edges of the armour plating and pick out the bullet holes. It's only a small detail, but I find it helps to break up the models otherwise dirty and rust covered palette.

With the main body stuck to the base it's become a more manageable project. Especially as the crew models are also finished.

Next step is the head and then it's all the Guns and rockets.
